QUAD-VAC IIÔ Analyzer

The Second in a Series of Standard Setting Test Equipment

FEATURES

1.      Battery Powered

2.      Calibration

Calibrate four (4) transducers [all electronic – extremely stable] simultaneously and store calibration data (default).  Calibration equations computed for each channel.

3.      Monitoring Vacuum Stability Monitor vacuum at one to four locations simultaneously.  Maximum, minimum, average and standard deviation are calculated for each channel and presented on monitor below the graph.  For example,

Ø      Teat End

Ø      Mouthpiece

Ø      Milk Line

Ø      Pulsator Line

Ø      Receiver

Ø      Vacuum Pump Inlet

 4.      Pulsator Test

Test up to four–single acting pulsators, or two–alternating pulsators simultaneously.  Software calculates ppm, ratio, A, B, C and D phases.  Results for each channel are listed below the graph.

5.      Slug Velocity Test

Analyze the performance of pipeline washing systems.  Graph shows slug formation, opening and closing of air injector, vacuum drop across each slug. Slug velocity is calculated at the set trigger vacuum.

 6.      Real Time Graphics

Shown on your computer monitor

ü        Monitor up-dates, adjustable up to 10 Hz [cycles per second]

ü        Sampling duration [graph X axis], adjustable from 1 second to 1 hour

ü        Vacuum level [graph Y axis] auto scaling

ü        Repeats, up to 10 times

ü        Zoom in to analyze section of interest, using a simple “click and drag” method

ü        Displays results in inch of Hg or kPa

 7.      Print

Print graphs directly through the laptop.  Graphs can be printed on-site and/or saved for later analysis.  Your company name will appear on each graph.
